Please note shipping costs on sale items are based on the original price, not the sale price.
Please be aware, that any orders weighing more than 2 kilograms, are subject to an additional shipping charge. In this instance, we will put your order on hold until you have consented to the additional charges which can be paid to our Paypal account. We will not ship until we have your consent and payment.
If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email, so please ensure your email address is accurate and current and check your spam box for answers too! For emails sent in via our info box, we aim to reply same working day and will often email out of office hours!
All orders are subject to availability. Please allow 1-2 working days for order/credit card clearance and processing. We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days.
Please note that Special Delivery Next day by 1.00pm will only be dispatched same day if payment is made by Paypal and the order is received before Midday. Payments by credit card will only be dispatched when authorisation from the issuing card holder has been received, this currently takes up to 24 hours depending on the country of origin!
As well as our online website we also exhibit at Hotrod and Custom Show weekenders around the country. Please check our Latest News Box for advanced show times and Bank Holiday cut off points for delivery!
Please also note that we often dispatch late afternoon and will not email your confirmation/tracking number until the evening of the day of posting!
Certain countries may charge additional import fees. We cannot anticipate and cannot reimburse you for any additional fees which may be incurred.
If your order total is under £30, your order will be sent without any tracking. Postal advice - Royal Mail Recorded 1st is not tracked but a signature will be required upon delivery. Special delivery however is fully tracked all the way and is the safest option! 1st Class is 1 to 2 business days but can be delayed due to peak times and Bank Holidays and adverse weather conditions! Please bear this in mind when placing your order!
